Lake Star at Tobiano

The Lake Star townhouse development at Tobiano was the first project ever released at Tobiano back in the fall of 2006. The development sold out in less than a year with all 52 units finished construction in 2008. The sizes of these homes range from 1250 sqft to just over 1900 sqft. The development itself has a center section of homes that share an underground garage. These homes have 3 buildings with 4 townhouses to a building. All the rest of the homes are half duplex plans.
